How do I place an order online?
Browse through our products in the Shop section of the website. If you know exactly what you want you can use the search function at the top of the page. Once you have chosen your product simply choose the size (if applicable) and number of items you would like and click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button. If you wish to see the items in your shopping basket while you are shopping, click on the Basket logo, which is at the top right hand side of the page.
When you have finished shopping, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and follow the very simple instructions through to our secure checkout process. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. If you have any issues placing your order online please do not hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do I need to set up an account?
There is no need to register your details, you can just click on 'Guest Checkout' and follow the instructions. However, when you have time it is worth registering with us and setting up an account so that you can track your orders and it will make placing future orders with us easier. You can set up an account by clicking on the figure at the top of the righthand side of the webpage. Follow the directions and you will be sent an email to activate your account.
Will I receive delivery updates?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive an email when the order has been fulfilled and then again when despatched. If there are any delays in sending your order we will email you.
How do I choose a different delivery address?
Once you have an account set up with us, you can log in and click on View Addresses. You will then need to click on Add a New Address, complete the form and click Add Address. Once you have saved the new address this will always be available to choose when you go through the Checkout process.
How do I change or cancel my order?
As we try and process all our orders as soon as possible after they have been placed, we are sorry but in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order. If the order has not been despatched we may be able to change delivery address details, remove items or cancel the order. Please contact our Customer Services team by emailing email@example.com.
Can I make an overseas order?
You can make an overseas order on our website, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please help us to ensure a quick delivery by taking extra care with the address details.
What if I need to Return an Item?
We hope you love the item you've ordered but understand that sometimes products need to be returned. You may return any product within 14 days after the date of shipment. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed and undamaged and must be accompanied by the order documentation. Please email email@example.com for any return enquiry and we will get back to you.
When returning any item(s) we recommend you use recorded post and retain your Proof of Postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the costs of returning goods. For any damaged or faulty items we will refund the cost of postage along with the original purchase cost.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will get back to you.
When will I be refunded?
You will receive an email from our team confirming we have received the item at the warehouse, after which your refund should appear in your account within 10 days.
How Can I Pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal, when selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Bullabaloo website. If this payment option is chosen, please ensure you check your shipping address.
How Long will my Order Take?
We aim to fulfil all orders within 24 hours. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, please allow 2 - 3 days for your delivery to arrive. If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 48 hours, please contact email@example.com.
Can the colour differ from that shown on the website?
We do our best to keep our colours on our website as true as possible, however, each computer screen has its own individual setting, so there can be differences in colour. If you have any doubt about the colour of a product, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I care for my Muslin?
Our Muslins are really easy to care for. We advise they are washed before their first use and you can machine wash them at no more than 30℃ and tumble dry low. It is best to wash with similar colours.
What is Bamboo Rayon?
Rayon is thread or fabric that comes from cellulose, viscose. Our Muslins are made of rayon from bamboo fibre cellulose. Bamboo fabric can sometimes be called viscose, sometimes be called rayon and sometimes be called viscose rayon.
How does a bamboo stalk become as soft as a bamboo Muslin?
The bamboo stalk is pulverised to make a pulp. This pulp is then processed and turned into a thread that is very fine and is then used to create a fabric that is smooth and soft.
Is Bamboo Sustainable?
Bamboo is the fasting growing grass on the planet, growing about a metre each day and it spreads quickly over large areas. The bamboo we use for our fabric is planted and grown as a crop.
Are chemicals used in the growing of Bamboo?
Bamboo grows naturally without using pesticides or fertilisers.
Are your muslins safe to use?
All of our muslins are made with breathable material however, we always state that professional guidelines should be adhered to. With this in mind, it is advised that you should not leave any items unattended inside a cot / moses basket with a baby under the age of 12 months. If using our muslins items as a sun shade, please ensure a large enough gap is created to allow air to flow to your baby and check the temperature of your baby regularly so that your little one does not overheat. If using our Satin Comforters, we advise to be in attendance with your baby if using as a sleeping aid and to remove the item once you baby has fallen asleep.
